The history of architecture is inextricably linked with the development of social ideas and ideological utopias. A striking example is the architectural symbol of Kaliningrad - the House of Soviets. The artist brings the symbols of Soviet utopia to visual absurdity: the building is surrounded by typical attributes of totalitarianism of the 1930s - sports parades and flying airships, conveying the ecstatic atmosphere of that era.
